Dallo Stato di New York al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pg\/iacctexas\/photos\/?tab=album&amp;album_id=2708420539240765\">Texas<\/a> fino alla California, le ultime settimane sono state un vero e proprio viaggio nel cuore degli States, in un susseguirsi di iniziative, masterclass ed eventi sempre all\u2019insegna della qualit\u00e0 e dell\u2019eccellenza agroalimentare Made in Italy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-entry_with_sidebar wp-image-5104\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/fuoridalgregge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/bentonville-845x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"845\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In occasione della IV settimana della cucina italiana nel mondo il 20 novembre scorso si \u00e8 svolto nell\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ice.edu\/\">Institute of Culinary Education di New York<\/a> l\u2019incontro organizzato da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iloveitalianfood.it\/la-scelta-di-campo-dei-risto-americani-we-stand-with-made-in-italy\/\">I Love Italian Food<\/a> insieme all\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.associazioneny.com\/\">ACINY<\/a>. Promozione, opportunit\u00e0 e ambizione sono state le parole d\u2019ordine dell\u2019evento, patrocinato dall\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.italchamber.org\/?fbclid=IwAR0J0Y7yu9Q4SbhpF39si9QylIYys1IVSqCeyt5tObKO4-zvWcKIZehXRcc\"><strong>Italy &#8211; America Chamber of Commerce<\/strong><\/a>, che \u00e8 stato anche un momento di riflessione e confronto sul come affrontare la situazione dei dazi rivolta al mondo della ristorazione americana. #istandwithmadeinitaly \u00e8 stato l\u2019hashtag che ha accompagnato l\u2019iniziativa, al quale hanno partecipato anche i Consorzi dell\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.asiagocheese.it\/\">Asiago<\/a>, del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gorgonzola.com\/\">Gorgonzola<\/a>, del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pecorinoromano.com\/\">Pecorino Romano<\/a> e del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pecorinosardo.it\/\">Pecorino Sardo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>Texas<\/strong>, invece, ha fatto da cornice a due masterclass, svoltesi nelle citt\u00e0 di <strong>Bentonville<\/strong> e <strong>Forth Worth<\/strong>, organizzate sempre nell\u2019ambito della settimana della cucina italiana. Le due iniziative sono state l\u2019occasione per fare una vera e propria full immersion in alcune delle pi\u00f9 importanti eccellenze italiane, tra cui il nostro Pecorino, che sono state presentate, cucinate e degustate da un pubblico di esperti formato da ristoratori, giornalisti, blogger e professionisti del mondo food.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-entry_with_sidebar wp-image-5105\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/fuoridalgregge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/bentonville-2-845x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"845\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dal Texas alla California, a Beverly Hills si \u00e8 svolto l\u2019<strong>Italian Excellence Gala<\/strong>, un appuntamento che ha riunito circa 150 personalit\u00e0 italo americane che si sono distinte per il loro contributo alla comunit\u00e0 italiana negli USA e nel mondo.
